Are your Fatboy electric bikes already assembled?
Our electric bikes come 90% assembled, with both wheels attached already inside the box. A quick 15-20 minute assembly is all you’ll need to get ready to ride. The bike boxes are around 190 x 26 x 90cm and weigh 48kgs. For peace of mind, we recommend professional assembly to ensure the warranty of your bike. Got any specific requests? What payment methods are accepted online?
You can pay for your electric bike with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Or, choose buy now, pay later options like Zip Pay, Zip Money, AfterPay and Pay Later with PayPal.
Do you offer free shipping for Fatboy Bikes merch and bikes?
We’ve got you covered with free shipping anywhere in Australia for orders over $100, or a flat $10 rate for anything under $100. If you're in a remote location, a surcharge may apply. Orders for electric bikes and other products ship out daily (weekdays) and usually arrive within 2-5 business days if you're in NSW, or 5-12 business days if you're outside NSW. Just keep in mind that shipping times can vary during peak periods.
