Warranty Claim

Checklist

Before you begin, please make sure you have all the required information to submit your claim. Below is a list of items we will ask you for during the warranty claim process:

Detailed description of the fault.

Photo evidence including the serial number of the part to be replaced where possible eg charger, display, battery all have serial numbers.

Proof of purchase receipt or order number to ensure your bike is still covered under warranty.

Need help with the fix?

If you purchased your bike off one of our stockists please contact them for assistance. Alternatively you can contact your local bike shop for assistance with repairs and we can provide the replacement parts directly to them.

How to make a warranty claim

Simply fill out the warranty form to start a claim with Fatboy Bikes or order a spare part.

Purchased from one of our stockists?

If you purchased your Fatboy Bikes via one of our stockists please refer back to them for assistance first and they may submit the warranty claim on your behalf after diagnosis or assessment.
